Audra Colette...first born child of Carlson

Audra Colette, cast as the "eldest daughter" matches her role impeccably. She is smart, insightful, sensitive, literal, a quick learner and always wanting to help. Her role calls for her constant awareness of "who's doing what, and if it's wrong". She rides her bike to school almost every day and although she likes school she doesn't like it when "grown ups use a mean voice", which, bless her heart, her teacher does! and well, so does her "mother" some times! She is, in every sense of the word, the oldest daughter. We just couldn't have this cast with out her.

Detailed Bio's of the Cast

The primary roles, for the Carlson Cast were orignally scripted for this cute, fun loving couple. Chris & Amy, married in 1994, were completely oblivious to the roles of parenting. They moved from Minnesota to Texas where they play out their new parts as parents of three. Their roles have taken on deeper and richer meaning but most of the time they are just "tired"!! Chris plays the part of "Director of Finance" in a young Oil company. He plays the part nicely and enjoys the "surprises" to his script! Amy, plays the part of "the mother". Although she thought she was being cast at the young, free spirited wife, the script handed back to her included three lovely children. After a little debate she flung herself into the role. Her role includes other "hats' which will be introduced in future editions....

The Carlson Cast

We are launching the first edition of the Carlson Chronicles. Mostly because my very talented brother has insisted that we join the ranks of bloggers everywhere. If for nothing else but to let the grandparents enjoy a few extra pictures. I confess my writing is not as eloquent as his (lindaman.blogspot.com) but I will enjoy keeping an online diary never the less.
The Cast (in order of appearance, or random order) Chris (playing the role of "dad"), Amy (also known as "mommy"), Audra (eldest, "the perfectionist") Gunnar (the middle, "hugger") and Anders ( our youngest and affectionately known as "trouble", although we're looking for a nickname that sounds a little bit more uplifting). Look for future editions from this crazy cast as we live out this thing called "family"!

PS. Happy Birthday to Uncle Dana, our blogging inspiration!
